What we collect
When you use the inquiry form or email us, we receive what you type: your name, email address, travel dates, party size, and your message. That's it — the site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry, arrange and manage your booking, and stay in touch about your stay. If you book, your details also appear where bookkeeping requires them (booking records and invoices, as Greek law requires for short-term rentals). We don't send newsletters, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it lives, and for how long
Inquiries arrive in our email and our booking records are kept in private documents accessible only to the two of us who run the property. We keep booking records as long as tax law requires; inquiry emails that don't become bookings are simply left in the inbox and eventually deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where no legal retention duty applies). Just write to us — the same addresses you already have.
